Chris Yeung - A talented young chef trained in his native Hong Kong, Yeung has spent the past 16 years developing both his culinary craft and his artistic abilities of carving.
Chris Yeung was trained from Foochow Institute of Culinary in China in the early years. Later on he was trained in Dickson Culinary School in Hong Kong. As he applies his culinary skills in all of his restaurants, he is also continuing his education at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
